Additional costs:

• Guest passes are $99 each and include the Awards Gala, Awards Post Party and Tuesday cocktail reception.
• eXp Golf is $120 for 18 holes. It is open to all eXp agents, brokers and staff.
• eXp Olympics is $50 each. It is open to all eXp agents, brokers, guests and staff.

Your guest is welcome! Guest passes are not available for eXp agents, but for those accompanying a paying conference attendee. Guest passes include the Awards Gala, Awards Post Party and Tuesday cocktail reception. The general session and breakouts are not included.

Event registration and guest fees (if applicable) will be fully refunded for cancellations until Friday, Aug. 25, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The hotel has their own cancellation policy. For full conference attendees, included meals are the Awards Gala dinner on Monday and lunch on Tuesday as well as one drink ticket for the cocktail reception and Award Post Party. Guest passes receive dinner at the Awards Gala and one drink ticket at the Post Party.

The hotel offers three restaurants on site as well as a Starbucks.

We suggest business casual for general sessions, smart casual for the cocktail reception and semi-formal for the Awards Gala.

At the Awards Gala, we will present eXp awards to Top Producing and Top Attracting associates, and serve a plated dinner to full conference attendees, guest passes and staff. We suggest semi-formal attire. Cash bar available. Monday starting at 6:30 p.m.

Immediately following is the Awards Post Party featuring live music from our very own The eXpressions Band! Be sure to put on your dancing shoes. One drink ticket provided to full conference attendees, guest passes and staff. Cash bar also available.

This is an optional, fun and competitive team activity reminiscent of The Amazing Race! Don’t miss out on this chance to show off your teamwork skills in a variety of games such as flour pass, superball scrabble and executive shuffle.

eXp Olympics is held on the resort’s private beach on Monday from 9 – 11:30 a.m. It is open to all eXp agents, brokers, guests and staff for $50 each. Dress for water and sand activities, and don’t forget your sunscreen.

eXp Golf is an optional day of links and drinks at the Jacaranda Golf Club, a 36-hole facility offering all the amenities of a private country club. Widely considered one of the finest golf and practice facilities in South Florida, the East and West Courses feature gently rolling terrain framed by the lush tropical foliage and waterways of South Florida.

Golfers will tee off to a shotgun start on Sunday, Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. Open to all eXp agents, brokers, guests and staff, the cost is $120 and includes roundtrip transportation, greens fee, cart, driving range and unlimited beer/wine/soda/water. Clubs are available for rental.

And for bragging rights, team awards will be handed out at Awards Post Party on Monday night.
